Shipping Questions

What shipping carrier do you use?

\We use USPS for shipping in the US and select international locations.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Though our standard USPS First Class typically takes 4-5 business days once shipped, you can opt for USPS Priority for 2-3 business days or Priority Express for 1-2 business days.

When will my order ship?

We ship all orders within 2 days of receipt of payment.

How are your products produced?

Our Lyocell fabrics are sourced to OEKO Tex 100 standards and our bamboo fabrics are sourced from sustainable bamboo forests.

Returns & Exchanges

Our 30-Day Hassle-Free Return Policy

At Back 2 Blue, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition.
  • Final sale items (e.g., clearance) are not eligible for return.
  • Defective or incorrect items are eligible for a full refund, including shipping costs.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!

How do I submit a return request?

Go to the returns page and then request a return.

  • Log in to your account:
  • In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
  • In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  • Go back to the online store and then enter the six-digit verification code.
  • Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
  • If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  • Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  • Click "Request return".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

How do you process refunds?
  • Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of your approval
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Store credit or exchanges are processed immediately upon receipt.
