About Coral Gardeners

Coral Gardeners was born in 2017 in Mo'orea after a small group of island kids noticed the rapid degradation of their home reef and decided to act. Today, the project has evolved into a global organization on a mission to save coral reefs through active restoration, science, innovation, and community awareness. We are supporting their mission — one coral, one purchase at a time.

To date, Coral Gardeners has transplanted well over 170,000 corals across restoration sites in Moorea (French Polynesia), Malolo (Fiji) and Koh Kood (Thailand).

Back 2 Blue has adopted 150 corals supporting their nurseries in Moorea.
