At Back 2 Blue we want to get you the goods as quickly and reliably as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process to ensure a smooth experience.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Custom or personalized orders may require an additional 2–5 business days for processing.

Shipping Methods, Costs, & Delivery Times

  • We ship within the United States via USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail.

  • USPS Ground Advantage: $4–$8 (2–5 business days, up to 70 lbs).

  • USPS Priority Mail: $7–$15 (1–3 business days, up to 70 lbs).

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected method.

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $75 (U.S. only).

  • Delays may occur due to holidays, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control.

Tracking & Updates

  • All orders include tracking. A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

  • Check your order status via the tracking link or contact us at info@back2blue.com

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship within the United States.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is lost or damaged, contact us within 30 days of shipment at info@back2blue.com

  • For damaged items, please provide photos of the package and contents.

  • We’ll work with the carrier to resolve issues and provide replacements or refunds as needed.

Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the order is incorrect or damaged.
