What fabrics do you use and where do they come from?
We source only the best — and we mean it. Our hoodies and tees are crafted with Tanboocel® bamboo — sustainably harvested from bamboo forests in China and processed into an ultra-premium fiber without harsh chemicals. Our Tanboocel® fabric has been independently tested to GB 18401-2010 Class A — China's strictest textile safety standard, the same level required for infant clothing. Our active dress is made with PYRATEX® power 1 — an 88% Micro Tencel Lyocell / 12% Recycled Elastane blend crafted in Portugal, with chlorine-free bleaching, zero heavy metals, and durability tested to 2,000+ wear cycles. Both fibers are chosen because they perform beautifully and leave a lighter footprint.
Why is Lyocell ideal for activewear?
Lyocell is one of the most sustainably produced fibers on the planet — made from wood pulp using a closed-loop process. PYRATEX® takes it further with chlorine-free processing and exceptional durability. The result? A dress that moves like you do, stays beautiful wash after wash, and leaves a lighter footprint.
Why is bamboo ideal for a lightweight hoodie?
Most hoodies are made from cotton or synthetic fleece — fabrics that trap heat, hold odor, and wear out fast. Tanboocel® bamboo is different. It naturally regulates your body temperature, wicking moisture when you're warm and retaining just enough warmth when you're not. It offers natural UPF protection — keeping you covered on the water or in the sun without added chemicals or coatings. It's naturally antibacterial — independently tested at over 99% efficacy against common bacteria — so it stays fresh longer between washes. And it gets softer with every wash, not stiffer. What is your return policy?
At Back 2 Blue, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
Eligibility:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition.
- Final sale items (e.g., clearance) are not eligible for return.
- Defective or incorrect items are eligible for a full refund, including shipping costs.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
